Refund policy

Return Policy:

We will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Please contact GETFRESH at popgetfresh@yahoo.com for confirmation before sending the item back, and return the item(s) within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without contacting us and getting confirmation first, will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition within its original packaging. GETFRESH must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days of return authorization.

For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to GETFRESH.

Items discounted or on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please do not contact @therealgetfresh and @get_fresh_barber_shop on social media for there is no association with sales. The social media pages are for marketing and promoting purposes only.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
