An optimal healthy and balanced diet supplies the body with sufficient nutrients that can achieved through the addition of supplements. Supplements are intended to enhance the ratio of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.) to macronutrients (carbs, protein and fat), which in turn leads to a healthier and more complete diet.
