With over 70 miles of private property for hiking, biking and climbing, Mohonk Preserve located in Upstate NY has a mission to protect and preserve the Shawangunk Mountains region.
Juan (Therealgetfresh) gathered the troops over this past weekend and hit up the Labyrinth and Lemon Squeeze trailhead. Along this venture, they ran into Jack and his crew. The crew was originally from New York and Taipei, Taiwan. All photos were capture by Jack throughout the duration of the hike.
The trailhead began with the Labyrinth rock scramble and then proceeds up through the tight Lemon Squeeze crevice. You are rewarded at the top with a fantastic view of the Mohonk Preserve. The remaining hike consisted of a tower and was a simple downward 2.5 mile walk back to the parking lot.
During the rock scramble, one of Jack's crew members dropped his glasses into a massive hole. He was able to retrieve his glasses and Juan pulled him out with one arm. See photos below for images captured during their wild adventure!
